NOTARY SERVICES
We provide professional notary services as a public servant appointed by the State of South Carolina to witness the signing of important documents. Documents commonly notarized include wills, deeds, and powers of attorney. Our notary services are handled with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
To complete the notarization process, valid personal identification is required. Acceptable forms of identification include a driver’s license, military ID, or passport. All notarizations are properly recorded in our official notary log as required.

WILLS, TRUSTS, & POWERS OF ATTORNEY - DOCUMENT SUPPORT

Because these documents may be filed with the courts, we also refer clients to a qualified legal team to ensure the language and documentation are accurate and properly prepared prior to submission.
