Gwendolyn Tidwell
Founder & CEO
I am the CEO/CFO of An Angel's Touch Financial Services LLC. I have an Associate's Degree in Office Occupation and a Certification as an Accounting and Payroll Specialist. I have over 40 years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Payroll Processing, Office Assistant, and Office Management.
I had experience with processing taxes when it was done by paper years ago. I had the opportunity to work at a tax office for 6 years doing bookkeeping and learned how to properly do tax preparation electronically and about the importance of knowing the year-to-year tax laws. After parting with the company they offered me to be a contractor for a few of their bookkeeping clients.
After stepping and starting my company, we gained more bookkeeping and tax clients. We interviewed our clients to see what other services we could provide so we could be their "One Stop Shop". This is when we added other services to our company profile such as Virtual Office Assistance, Payroll, Processing Sales & Use Tax, Keeping books for Truck Driver and processing their 2290, IRP and IFTA.

Brenda Parnell
Operations Manager
Brenda Parnell serves as an Administrative Coordinator. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and an Associate Degree in Computer Technology. She has a background in contracts, office management, procurement, accounts payable and receivable, financial audits, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Suite. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, shopping, and playing tennis.
